About Position:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive with a strong background in Commerce or inter CA, and hands-on experience in GST compliances and refunds. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience and a keen understanding of the latest regulations and guidelines.

What You'll Do:

  • GST Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns. Stay updated with the latest amendments and changes in GST laws.
  • GST Refunds: Handle the preparation and submission of GST refund applications. Follow up with the authorities to ensure timely processing and disbursement of refunds.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all GST transactions, invoices, and related documents.
  • Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications regarding GST compliance.
  • Regulatory Updates: Monitor and interpret new regulatory requirements related to GST, ensuring the organization remains compliant.
  • Coordination: Liaise with various departments and stakeholders to gather information and ensure smooth GST operations.

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • Education: Graduation/Post Graduation in Commerce or inter CA.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in GST compliances and refunds.
  • Strong knowledge of GST laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using GST filing and accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
