Who We Are

Founded in 2014 by Richa Singh and Puneet Manuja, YourDOST is one of India's first and largest holistic emotional wellness organisations. We partner with corporates, educational institutions, and government organisations to build resilient communities. Our offerings include awareness programs, training, 1-on-1 counseling, leadership initiatives, and assessments, impacting over 30 lakh people across India.

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated problem solver to work closely with the founders. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic decision-making, operations, and cross-functional leadership while driving initiatives that shape the future of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with founders to set strategic priorities and track progress.
  • Identify challenges across functions, design solutions, and implement them.
  • Analyze data, perform research and benchmarking, and make recommendations.
  • Drive cross-functional projects and initiatives, coordinating stakeholders and decisions.
  • Design systems and processes to streamline operations and scale initiatives.
  • Take ownership of one or more initiatives, and target achievement.
  • Build and manage teams for initiatives as they scale.
