  • Cost estimation and budgeting:
  • Preparing initial cost estimates for projects.
  • Analyzing rates for different construction items.
  • Documentation:
  • Preparing bills of quantities (BoQ) and bills of materials.
  • Creating and submitting monthly bills to the accounts department.
  • Preparing tender and contract documents.
  • Billing and payment:
  • Generating and verifying interim and final bills for clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Reconciling billed quantities with paid quantities to ensure accuracy.
  • Processing payments for subcontractors and vendors.
  • Financial control and reporting:
  • Tracking project progress, cash flow, and material reconciliation.
  • Maintaining detailed records of project costs, variations, and billing reports.
  • Providing MIS (Management Information System) inputs to project managers.
  • Site and technical work:
  • Extracting quantities from drawings and technical documents.
  • Coordinating with site teams to gather information on materials and labor.
  • Verifying the quality of work and ensuring it aligns with specifications.
  • Managing and documenting extra items and variations in work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
