We're Hiring: Fresher – Quantity Surveying Engineer (QS Engineer)

Are you a passionate Civil Engineering graduate looking to start your career in Quantity Surveying (QS) and learn the key aspects of cost, planning, and project documentation?

We're looking for an enthusiastic Fresher QS Engineer to join our growing team.

Role Overview

You will be working closely with the site execution and billing/planning teams, ensuring proper coordination, documentation, and reporting for smooth project operations. This role provides exposure to practical site data management, daily reporting, and QS workflows — an ideal foundation for a long-term career in construction quantity surveying.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in updating DLR (Daily Labor Report) and DPR (Daily Progress Report) accurately.

  • Coordinate with the site execution team for collecting quantity data, progress updates, and daily records.

  • Support QS Billing and Planning Engineers in preparing documentation and updating progress sheets.

  • Maintain proper filing and recordkeeping for daily site documentation.

  • Help monitor work quantities for billing purposes and assist in preparation of BOQs.

  • Communicate effectively between on-site and office teams for smooth project execution.

  • Ensure timely submission of daily and weekly progress updates.

Requirements

-Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

  • Strong interest in Quantity Surveying, project planning, and documentation.

  • Good communication, coordination, and Excel/reporting skills.

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel will be an added advantage.

  • Eager to learn and grow under the guidance of senior QS and planning engineers.
