110 Triplex Villas (Total Built-up Area: 3.35 Lakhs SFT)

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Planning & QS Engineer
to join our team in Hyderabad. The role involves handling
project planning, billing, quantity surveying, and cost control
for a large-scale
residential
villa project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage the master project schedule and track progress.
  • Monitor timelines, identify slippages, and prepare recovery plans.
  • Maintain and control all site-related documentation (drawings, MOMs, approvals).
  • Prepare and circulate weekly/monthly progress reports.
  • Carry out valuation of works and certify vendor bills.
  • Track cost variations, budgets, and material prices.
  • Report cost performance using Earned Value Management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: BE (Civil)
  • Experience: 6–8 years in Planning, QS, and Billing (residential projects preferred).
  • Strong exposure to high-end villa development projects ( Residential)
  • Exposure to MSP ( MS Project)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
