Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive for our food processing machinery company. In this role, you will engage with customers, provide information about our machinery products, assist in making purchase decisions, promote current offers, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and guide them in selecting the right food processing machinery

Effectively communicate product features and benefits to close sales.

 Support customers with customization requests for machinery.

 Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.

 Provide after-sales support, answering queries and assisting with product setup or troubleshooting.

 Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to the management team.

Qualifications:

 A love for talking and engaging with people.

 Strong communication skills, with proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi.

 Ability to persuade, influence, and build rapport with customers.

 Comfortable with making calls and engaging in conversations to close sales.

 Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

 Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
