We are seeking a highly experienced PMO Manager to support the Regulatory & Control Change Team across a complex global markets portfolio. This role involves driving program governance, managing budgets, resources, and risks, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate program objectives with global stakeholders.
  • Build strong working relationships with Finance, IT, and Business teams.
  • Partner with Programme Managers for cross-stream reporting and governance.
  • Apply rigorous PMO standards for prioritization, planning, and decision-making.
  • Oversee financial management including budget forecasting, cost control, and benefits realization.
  • Track and manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with global banking regulations and internal standards.
  • Lead resource planning, team collaboration, and performance management.
  • Foster teamwork, engagement, and alignment with Group values.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 12–15 years of experience in PMO/Program Management within Capital Markets or Financial Services.
  • Strong expertise in financial and business management (budgeting, forecasting, cost control).
  • Proven experience in managing global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks in the banking/financial sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,000, ₹3,400,000.00 per year
