Sr. Accounts Specialist – QBO and QBD Hyderabad / Vizag - WFO FTE Night Shift – 6pm to 3am. Qualification: B.Com./M.Com./CA/ICWAI/MBA Finance Job Details: We are looking to hire Sr. Accounting Specialists who have experience on QBO and QBD.   For this current need we are looking for people who are experienced in performing the following:Candidates should be flexible to perform multiple different tasks.  Many tasks will be repetitive, but will still require a level of intellectual curiosity and ownership to find the right answers and solutions.Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and other accounting modulesExpense Allocations: prepare and appropriately allocate expenses across dozens of entities.QuickBooks entries for multi -class entityPortfolio company invoicing on quarterly basisBalance reconciliation on quarterly basisBank reconciliationsRoll forward and prepare excel valuation models and update financial metric data from our portfolio monitoring software.Investor reporting accuracy/completeness checksDocument retention reviewsInvestor Portal data reviews for completeness and accuracyFinancial statement internal consistency checksCandidates should be proficient in QuickBooks Online, DesktopCandidates should have good communication skillsCandidates must be open to learn and work on other Accounting ERPs as required. Requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field8+ years of accounting experience, with strong hands -on QuickBooks knowledge4+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop versionsSolid understanding of GAAP and financial principlesExperience with Bank ReconciliationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting toolsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong analytical and problem -solving abilities
