Job Description Job Title: Sr. Executive - Canadian Accounting & Tax Location: Chennai Experience: Around 45 years (our average is 4.7 years) About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper who is comfortable working with Canadian clients and can manage day-to-day accounting with minimal hand-holding. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting tax preparation, and ensuring smooth bookkeeping operations. Key Responsibilities Manage bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank feeds, and reconciliations Prepare monthly financial reports Assist with year-end adjustments and coordinate with the tax preparer Ensure compliance with Canadian HST rules Maintain organized documentation and support audit readiness Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with QBD and QBO Solid Excel skills Basic working knowledge of Adobe tools (PDF editing, statement handling, etc.) Familiarity with Canadian HST regulations Ability to work independently with accuracy and consistency Good communication and time-management skills Preferred Experience working with Canadian CPAs or tax preparers Experience supporting bookkeeping for multiple clients Why Join Us Work with a team that values accuracy and ownership Clear processes and supportive management Stable workload and long-term client relationships
