JOB DESCRIPTION – SOURCING MANAGER

  1. Daily morning Reporting at Site on time.

  2. Submit Plan of Action for the day to Senior's.

  3. Contact Channel Partners & Schedule time for personal meeting.

  4. Should work for 10 meetings in a day & Monthly average should come 7 visits per working day.

  5. Weekends and holidays will be working day and weekly of will be given on a week day.

  6. Ensuring atleast 1 visit by each CP whom you have met in the same week at the site.

  7. Regularly follow-ups with CP to ensure the advertising for the same project.

  8. Ensuring visit of Channel Partner with customer at site (Minimum 3 customer visit per active CHANNEL PARTNER).

  9. Every visit has to be notified in the group when you are on Channel Partner visit.

  10. Effectively learn & use the company ERP for reports, calling etc.

  11. Actively participate in activities planned by the developer, pyramids, sitehead for promotion and lead generation of the project.

  12. Should extend support to other Department in case of absence of emergency.

  13. Any other task which management deems fit as per your profile can be assigned to you.
