About the Role

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and advanced analytics. This is a remote contractual role, ideal for professionals who are adaptive, fast learners, and open to dual employment while being committed to project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business questions into analytical problems and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Design and implement models using statistical modelling, text mining, NLP, ML, Deep Learning, and GenAI.
  • Deliver high-quality solutions such as text processing, classification, sentiment analysis, and topic modelling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders for timely and successful project delivery.
  • Complete required AI/ML platform training and certifications (e.g., ) within predefined timelines.
  • Ensure quality output including code implementation, deployment, QA, documentation, and presentations.
  • Work independently or as part of a team depending on project requirements.
  • Participate in internal and client meetings, sharing proactive inputs, updates, and suggestions.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide detailed documentation upon project/contract completion.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, NLP, and advanced analytics projects.
  • Strong expertise in Python, ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.), and data processing frameworks.
  • Experience in text mining, topic modelling, sentiment analysis, and GenAI applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working across IST, EST, or KSA time zones as per project requirements.
  • Must be available for 8 hours/day (Mon–Fri).
  • Fast, adaptive, and comfortable in a remote work setup.
