We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in developing and deploying machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building scalable ML models, working with large datasets, and implementing advanced AI techniques to solve real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for production.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
  • Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and improve accuracy, scalability, and robustness.
  • Implement NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or other domain-specific AI solutions as required.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines.
  • Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and frameworks, and integrate them into ongoing projects.
  • Document and present technical solutions, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
  • Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
  • Experience with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with ML pipeline tools and frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, etc.).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML deployment.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistics.
  • Experience in MLOps practices for scalable model deployment and monitoring.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with LLMs, generative AI, or reinforcement learning.
  • Familiarity with big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop).
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or published research papers.
