We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer specializing in Generative AI (GenAI) to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems powered by advanced machine learning and deep learning models. The ideal candidate will have experience in large language models (LLMs), transformers, and multimodal AI, and be passionate about applying cutting-edge research to solve real-world business problems.

You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to develop scalable AI solutions using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and multimodal tasks.
  • Build and fine-tune Generative AI models such as LLMs, diffusion models, or transformer-based architectures.
  • Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
  • Develop APIs and integrate AI models into production applications.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to prepare, clean, and manage large-scale datasets.
  • Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI research, tools, and frameworks, and assess their potential for integration.
  • Contribute to MLOps pipelines for model versioning, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Work with cloud platforms (AWS,/Azure/GCP) for model training and deployment.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Hugging Face).
  • Experience with transformer-based models (BERT, GPT, LLaMA, T5, etc.).
  • Knowledge of NLP techniques such as tokenization, embeddings, attention mechanisms, and LLM fine-tuning.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or Vertex AI).
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
  • Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Generative AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI API.
  • Experience in fine-tuning LLMs and building custom chatbot or content-generation systems.
  • Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus).
  • Experience with multimodal AI (text-to-image, text-to-audio, etc.) models such as Stable Diffusion, CLIP, or Whisper.
  • Understanding of Responsible AI, data privacy, and AI ethics.
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or publications in AI research are a plus.
