Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate General Manager based in Bengaluru. The Associate General Manager will oversee daily operations, develop and implement strategic initiatives, manage team performance, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, optimizing processes, and driving overall business growth while maintaining a vibrant and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in strategic planning, business development, and process optimization
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven track record in achieving targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
