Job Summary:

Tru Dwellings Private Limited is looking for a strategic and creative
GM – Branding & Marketing
to lead the company's brand positioning, marketing strategy, and customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in real estate marketing, with a strong grasp of both traditional and digital channels, and a passion for building high-impact campaigns that drive visibility, trust, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company's vision and market positioning.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
  • Oversee brand identity, visual guidelines, and communication tone.

Marketing Planning & Execution

  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital).
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring ROI-driven spending.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Manage agency relationships and performance for digital campaigns.
  • Track and optimize lead generation funnels and conversion metrics.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Event Management & PR
  • Plan and execute promotional events, property launches, and exhibitions.
  • Build and maintain media relations and manage PR activities.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals and external partners.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in branding and marketing, preferably in
    real estate.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
