Monday to Saturday (11:00 AM – 07:00 PM)

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify potential customers through networking, cold outreach, and market research.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, acting as a primary point of contact.

Sales Presentations:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of company offerings.

Negotiation & Closing:

  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close deals and meet sales targets.

Pipeline Management:

  • Track sales activities, manage customer interactions in a CRM system, and provide regular sales reports.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, assess customer needs, and understand market gaps.

After-Sales Support:

  • Provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work with other departments and team members to achieve overall sales objectives and share customer feedback.
