Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing and distribution processes. Responsibilities include managing supply chain logistics, maintaining inventory levels, collaborating with the production team to enhance efficiency, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers. The role will also involve monitoring performance metrics and implementing process improvements to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of safety and quality compliance standards
- Proficiency in performance monitoring and process improvement techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Prior experience in the skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG industry is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
