Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Handle daily operations across all social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars and campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Analyze audience trends and optimize posting schedules for better reach and performance.

Content Creation & Branding

  • Collaborate with the design and marketing team to create engaging visuals, videos, and copy.
  • Write creative and compelling captions, hashtags, and posts that connect with the target audience.
  • Ensure consistent brand tone, aesthetics, and messaging across all digital platforms.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track, measure, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, followers, leads, etc.).
  • Use insights to improve content strategies and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platform updates.

Community Engagement

  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain a strong online community by engaging with followers and influencers.
  • Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams for cross-promotional opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and current trends.
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication & writing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools (preferred).
  • Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
