Content Creator – The Impact Engine (Pune)

Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Location: Pune (On-site)

About the Role

The Impact Engine is looking for a creative, hands-on Content Creator who loves ideating, shooting, and editing content that performs. If you're someone who enjoys being in a dynamic digital marketing setup and can bring ideas to life using just an iPhone, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, script, and create engaging short-form and long-form content for social media platforms.
  • Shoot high-quality videos using an iPhone (mandatory).
  • Edit videos and photos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Execute trends, reels, vlogs, and storytelling content quickly and creatively.
  • Work closely with the design, marketing, and strategy teams to conceptualize content ideas.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content outputs.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and best practices.
  • Manage shoot logistics when required (locations, props, talent coordination, etc.).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in content creation (portfolio/reel required).
  • Strong video editing skills (mobile editing apps or basic desktop software).
  • Ability to shoot aesthetic, high-quality content using an iPhone.
  • Creative thinking and an understanding of what works on different social platforms.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing trends.
  • Experience with tools like CapCut, VN, InShot, Canva, or similar.
  • Comfort in front of the camera (optional but preferred).
