Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Social Media Manager Intern to join our marketing team. This internship is ideal for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of social media management, content strategy, and online branding. You will collaborate closely with our creative and performance teams to manage social media accounts, craft engaging content, and analyze performance metrics. (Remote option is available for candidates outside Pune.)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and audience engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Coordinate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and high-performing creatives.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activities to generate new ideas.
• Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly social media reports with actionable insights.
• Support in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for content calendars and marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
