Job Title: Social Media Marketing Intern

Location: Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)

Duration: 3 to 6 Months (with performance-based extension or full-time opportunity)

About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern who's passionate about digital branding, trends, and storytelling. You'll assist our marketing team in managing social media channels, creating content, analysing performance, and supporting campaigns that connect with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Create engaging posts, reels, and stories using trending ideas and hashtags.
  • Manage daily posting schedule and community engagement (comments, DMs, etc.).
  • Research competitor pages and suggest new creative ideas for growth.
  • Track and report analytics — reach, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Support influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
  • Coordinate with the design team for creative assets.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Strong communication and creative writing skills.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn new marketing tools and techniques.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
