  • Preparation & analysis of Channel P&L along with variance analysis, interpretation, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Tracking channel wise KPIs and driving improvements for better business and commercial hygiene
  • Conducting RCM analysis and Drafting SOPs, process notes to set up and enhance control framework
  • Promo validations, Receivables Management and Payment Reconciliation for key channels
  • Leading projects for top management and presentations to key stakeholders around various business insights and analytics
  • Collaborating with the business team and channel heads, thereby driving insights & improvements in the channel.
  • Leading the P&L optimisation for the brand, along with identification of opportunities, collaborating with cross functional teams and ensuring implementation.
  • Prepare working capital-related MIS reports, covering receivables, payables, and inventory.
  • Support external auditor requests for quarterly reviews and annual audits.
  • Identify and drive process improvement opportunities within financial and operational workflows.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey financial insights and findings effectively across teams.
  • Ability to independently resolve areas of concern and deliver results efficiently.
  • Financial stewardship and business acumen
  • Preferably in FMCG (Business Finance / FP&A)
