Job Title: Customer Support Executive – UK Shift
Location: Mohali
Shift Timings: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM (UK Shift)
Work Schedule: 5 weekdays + 2 alternate Saturdays
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, prior experience in backend support, and a strong understanding of B2B customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Provide backend support for customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Manage B2B client relationships, maintaining a high standard of service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in backend support or customer service, preferably in B2B environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support tools is a plus.
