Key Responsibilities

  • Content Seeding:
  • Identify and engage with relevant subreddits and threads on trading, stock markets, margin trading, options strategies, and fintech.
  • Develop and seed compelling, informative posts and comments that naturally highlight Kotak NEO platform features (Advanced Tools, Trade APIs, seamless order placement), the benefits of MTF (up to 4x leverage, affordable rates, collateralized margin trading), and Kotaks variety of trading products (intraday, F&O, basket orders, options strategies).
  • Share insights on trading strategies and product experiencesincluding beginners' strategies like covered calls, puts, straddles, basket investing, and more.
  • Sentiment Building:
  • Shape discussions to underscore positive experiences, unique advantages, and user-centric features of Kotak platforms and products.
  • Engage in reputation-building activities, position Kotak NEO as trustworthy, tech-driven, and efficient.
  • Citation Generation:
  • Organically increase third-party mentions and citations by referencing case studies, product features, and actual user experiences.
  • Report on citation growth and sentiment impact using digital analytics tools.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Build rapport within trading communities by contributing to non-promotional discussions and offering market insights.
  • Address queries, clarify misconceptions, and provide valuable resources related to margin trading, option strategies, and platform tools.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Work with marketing, analytics, and content teams to align messaging.
  • Compile weekly reports on engagement, positive sentiment, citation generation, and community feedback.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed undergraduate/postgraduate studies in marketing, communications, finance, or related fields.
  • Deep familiarity with Reddit, its subculture, and best practices for authentic engagement.
  • Strong written English and creative communication skills.
  • Understanding of financial products, margin trading, and trading strategies (options, intraday, portfolio management) is a plus.[5][4]
  • Analytical ability for online sentiment assessment.
  • High ethical standards and authentic approach.
