-Proven experience with VC internships or startup fundraising.

-Strong understanding of early-stage funding, investor dynamics, and the VC ecosystem.

-Skilled at writing personalized, high-conversion cold emails (50+ outreach/day).

-Detail-oriented with experience completing fund/VC applications.

-Well-networked in the startup/VC world—and knows how to leverage it.

-Finance-savvy, resourceful, and obsessed with deal-making.

-Can creatively source and engage relevant early-stage investors for Eastri's pre-seed round.
