About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Finance Intern
to join our team. The intern will support the finance department in daily operations, financial analysis, reporting, and other accounting-related tasks. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates seeking practical exposure to corporate finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining financial records and updating databases.
- Support in preparing financial reports, statements, and presentations.
- Conduct basic financial analysis and data interpretation.
- Help in managing invoices, receipts, and expense tracking.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Research and compile information on financial markets, trends, and competitors.
- Support the finance team in audits and compliance tasks.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and basic financial tools.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to handle sensitive data responsibly.
