Role Overview:

As a Social Media Intern, you'll be responsible for managing Oohpoint's social presence, creating engaging content, and riding on digital trends to build brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Create engaging reels, videos, posts, and scripts tailored for different platforms
  • Content Planning: Build and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement
  • Community Management: Interact with followers, reply to comments/DMs, and manage WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, Quora communities
  • Campaign Execution: Run organic and paid campaigns (Meta ads) to boost reach and engagement
  • Collaboration: Work with the design & video team to bring ideas to life
  • Branding: Ensure brand voice and messaging are consistent across all digital channels

Preferred Skills

  • Strong understanding of social media marketing & branding
  • Experience in handling paid campaigns (Meta Ads) is a plus
  • Ability to generate creative content ideas and follow trends
  • Prior experience in a similar role (internship/freelance/college-level) is preferred
