Key Responsibilities: - Manage the company's social media accounts and share compelling content. - Develop innovative campaign ideas to enhance brand exposure. - Monitor and engage on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. - Evaluate analytics data to measure campaign effectiveness. - Interact with customers or clients, delivering service and sales assistance. - Propose suggestions to management for improving customer experience and internal procedures. - Acquire proficiency in utilizing internal software systems. - Aid in producing performance reports to monitor social media activities. Qualifications Required: - Prior internship experience of 6 months. - Stipend of 2k. - Candidates from any Graduate background are eligible for this position.
