Role & responsibilities

Content & Copywriting
• Write captions, scripts, and long-form posts for social platforms and other digital assets
• Support blog writing, press captions, quote curation, and caption scripting
• Comment content seeding
• Responsive communication mechanisms
• Intensive research on content trend
• Work on podcast content ideation, planning and narrative building

MIS, Analytics & SEO

  • Prepare weekly/monthly MIS dashboards and campaign reports.
    • Analyze growth, reach, conversions, comment sentiment and DM insights.
    • Apply basic SEO practices in social captions, blog keywords, video tags.

Social Listening & Response

  • Monitor brand mentions, comments, and tags across platforms.
    • Create curated responses aligned with brand tone.
    • Seed positive conversations, flag red flags, and suggest content pivot ideas.

Content Research & Trends

  • Track content formats, keyword themes, and social SEO opportunities.
    • Conduct competitive benchmarking and suggest real estate content innovations.
    • Research forums like Quora, Reddit, LinkedIn, blogs, digital website, wikipedia for thought leadership content.

Preferred candidate profile


• Social listening tools (Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social , hubspot, ahrefs, or manual)
• MS Excel or Google Sheets (for MIS & dashboards)
• Knowledge of SEO keyword tools like Google Trends, (basic level)
• WordPress or blog CMS knowledge (preferred)
