Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage our brand's online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing, paid ad campaigns, and content coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest strategies for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Stay up to date with latest social media trends, tools, and competitor activities.
  • Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and feedback.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns through social channels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Experience in managing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ads.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with design and content teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals will be a plus.
