About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive role located in Mumbai. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and growing the company's presence across key social media platforms. This includes developing and implementing social media strategies, creating content, monitoring engagement, optimizing performance, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve marketing goals. They will also be tasked with analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events).
  • Contribute to brand storytelling, content creation, and social media marketing across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for corporate communications, presentations, and event support.
  • Help design marketing collateral such as brochures, social posts, mailers, and internal branding materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Handle the content calendar and scheduling of the posts.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong Media Planning and Communication skills
  • Excellent Writing and content creation abilities
  • Understanding of analytics tools and ability to track and evaluate social media performance
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills in English.
  • Only candidates based in Mumbai are eligible to apply.
  • A creative mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with corporate marketing, luxury branding, or B2B communication will be an added advantage.
