Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Experience: Lead the store team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Ensure a luxurious and personalized customer experience for every visitor. Handle high-value clients with professionalism and relationship management skills. Operations & Inventory: Manage daily store operations including opening, closing, cash handling, and reports. Ensure accurate stock keeping, display arrangements, and timely stock audits. Coordinate with the manufacturing unit for new designs, restocking, and repairs. Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate staff in sales, product knowledge, and etiquette. Maintain staff discipline, grooming, and adherence to brand standards. Marketing & Promotion: Execute local marketing plans, in-store promotions, and event tie-ups. Engage walk-ins through digital and offline brand awareness campaigns. Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports. Suggest local insights and customer feedback to improve the collection and service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹50,000.00 per month
