About the Role:

We are hiring a Freelance UI/UX Trainer to deliver live online training sessions in the evening for learners ranging from beginners to professionals. The ideal candidate will have solid industry experience and a passion for teaching, covering both core UI/UX principles and modern tools such as LottieFiles and AI-driven UX workflows. You will also support learners by reviewing and correcting assignments and providing feedback.

Note: While this is a remote role, we prefer candidates based in Kerala or those who are fluent in Malayalam, to ensure better cultural and communication alignment with our learner base.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct live online classes during evening hours (IST).

Teach foundational and advanced UI/UX concepts, including:

Design thinking & user research

Wireframes, prototypes, and mockups

Visual design & responsive UI principles

Usability testing (remote, A/B testing, analytics)

Microinteractions & animation using LottieFiles

AI in UX (e.g., generative tools, user behavior prediction)

Provide hands-on training using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and LottieFiles.

Review and provide feedback on learner projects and portfolios.

Support learners through Q&A sessions, chat, or discussion forums.

Contribute to improving or creating new course content if needed.


Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.

Strong proficiency in Figma; exposure to Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.

Working knowledge of LottieFiles for UI animation.

Familiarity with AI tools in design (e.g., Uizard, Midjourney, ChatGPT).

Understanding of usability testing tools and methods.

Excellent verbal communication and teaching skills.

Comfortable delivering sessions via Zoom, Google Meet, or LMS platforms.

Availability during evening hours (e.g., 6:30 PM – 10:00 PM IST or similar window).
