Audit and MIS Coordinator

Job description:
Looking for someone who, in addition to the MIS responsibilities, also has strong skills in reporting, PowerPoint. Most importantly, he should be capable of leading a team of field reviewers managing them effectively, conducting regular team meetings, and documenting issues as and when they are raised by the reviewers.
Should be fluent in English and Kannada
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Communication: Act as a point of contact between different stakeholders to ensure information is exchanged accurately and promptly.
Coordinate Activities: Organize and coordinate joint efforts, meetings, and collaborative projects between parties.
Develop Relationships: Build and maintain professional relationships with external partners, organizations, or teams.
Prepare Reports: Create detailed reports on meetings, collaborations, and project updates to keep all parties informed.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure that collaborations comply with relevant policies, regulations, or guidelines.
Training and Support: Assist in the training and support of team members to promote effective collaboration practices.
Monitor Progress: Track and report on the progress of joint projects or operations, ensuring that goals and deadlines are met.
Qualifications and Skills
Graduate
Should know MS Excel & MS Powerpoint including writing macros and other complex functions
Should have worked in a similar position in a similar position for atleast 1 year
Should be quick and flexible
