Job Title: Executive – MIS / Accounting Data Analyst

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting, financial data analysis, or accounting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to financial and operational performance.
  • Perform data analysis and reconciliation of accounting entries, expense statements, and ledgers.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure the accuracy of data used for reporting and management reviews.
  • Support budgeting, variance analysis, and cost tracking processes.
  • Develop, automate, and enhance reports and dashboards for management using Excel and other tools.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
  • Assist in audit data preparation and management reporting presentations.

Skills Required:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIF/COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Good understanding of business processes and MIS reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical accuracy.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Languages Preferred:

  • Proficiency in English and Hindi (written and verbal).

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau or other data visualization tools (added advantage).
  • Experience with Tally / ERP systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,764.08 per month
