Overview: The Solution Architect plays a critical role in designing, building, and implementing complex software solutions that meet the specific needs of an organization. They are responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring the overall integrity of the solution architecture. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness within the organization's technology landscape.Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
  • Design and present innovative technical solutions that align with business goals and technology strategy.
  • Lead the development and documentation of solution architecture designs.
  • Ensure that the architecture supports the needs of the business while maintaining alignment with technology standards and industry best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks.
  • Assess and recommend appropriate technologies and tools to support the solution.
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of solutions within the organization's technology ecosystem.
  • Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery.
  • Conduct regular architecture reviews and propose improvements as needed.
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry trends to inform architectural decisions.
  • Lead and mentor junior architects and technical teams.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions and vendors.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of architecture processes and practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role in a complex IT environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing large-scale software solutions.
  • Proficiency in software development methodologies and practices.
  • Architecture Patterns: Deep understanding of architectural patterns, microservices, and API design
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong proficiency in technologies such as mobile development (Android/iOS), Java, .NET, and ReactJS. Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in evaluating and selecting technology solutions and vendors.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, with a preference for experience with AWS services.
  • Proven track record of driving successful project delivery and business outcomes through effective solution architecture.
  • Proficiency in languages such as Java, .NET (C#), and JavaScript (ReactJS), with a strong ability to adapt to new languages as needed.
  • Deep understanding of integration technologies and patterns.
  • Expertise in translating business requirements into technical designs and specifications.
  • Full Stack Development: Expertise in designing and implementing full-stack solutions, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend components
