Job Description: Technical Architect (Product Organization) We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect to join our dynamic product organization. As a Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and architecting robust backend APIs, as well as contributing to the development of Flutter-based applications for Android and iOS, and React-based web applications. Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and designers to define technical requirements and develop architectural solutions for our products.
  • Architect, design, and develop backend APIs in PHP/Laravel and , ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
  • Contribute to the development of Flutter-based applications for Android and iOS, delivering exceptional user experiences and smooth functionality.
  • Drive the development of React-based web applications, creating intuitive user interfaces and ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.
  • Identify and recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance the overall architecture and development process.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure the availability, scalability, and reliability of the infrastructure, leveraging AWS services such as EC2, S3, and Lambda.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and provide accurate estimates for development efforts.
  • Perform code reviews, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies to improve system efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the architecture and development process.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect in a product-focused organization, with a strong emphasis on backend API architecture, PHP/Laravel, and
  • Solid expertise in Flutter-based app development for Android and iOS, along with proficiency in React-based development for web applications.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices for building scalable and maintainable systems.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly EC2, S3, Lambda, and related infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Proficiency in working with Redis for caching and Kafka for building distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration frameworks like Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications or relevant professional qualifications are a plus.
