Job Description
:

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Architect to join our team As a Junior Architect, you will work closely with our senior architects and designers to develop and implement design solutions for various projects. Your role will involve:

  • Assisting in the design development of projects, from concept to completion

  • Creating 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Rendering softwares

  • Conducting site visits and monitoring project progress

  • Collaborating with the design team to resolve design and technical issues

  • Assisting in preparing project documentation, including design reports and presentations

  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, codes, and best practices

Requirements
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

  • 1-2 years of experience in an architectural firm

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rendering softwares, and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and zoning regulations

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Passion for design, innovation, and sustainability
