Job Responsibilities:

·       Preparing Value Chain at Pack, Category, Unit, CBO level for Previous Year, Annual Business Plan, Rolling Estimate, Actuals

·       Preparing NPD P&L monthly to assess the NPD performance.

·       Net Sales Revenue reconciliation vs Previous Year, Annual Business Plan, Rolling Estimate

·       Support to NPD team on Value Chain, any other financial information to help them take strategic/business decisions.

·       Monthly Commercial Report to BIG, Support to BIG on ad hock commercial data points. This requires collaboration with various stake holders to gather the information required for commercial report.

·       Preparing Cost to Serve (CTS) Report at Zone, CBO level for Previous Year, Annual Business Plan, Rolling Estimate, Actuals

·       Monitoring OU Supports/Monster Supports, monthly update on Support received & claim progress. Coordinating with Zonal & FSS team to ensure timely submission of claims.

·       Coordinate with Zone Finance team on various reports like, DME spends, Market Information, Loyalty Programs etc.

·       Work closely with Corporate Planning team on Annual Business Plan, Long Range Plan, Rolling Estimate.

·       Work closely with FSM and Corporate Planning team on various month end reports.

·       Extend Support to , NPD, RGM, RTM teams on any financial information to aid decision making (Post promo analysis etc)

·       Assist Senior Managers in financial management and reporting activities

·       Ensure that financial operational activities are executed and delivered as per the standards set by the company

·       Develop operational initiatives to achieve financial goals

·       Monitor and manage expenses within the established budget

·       Responsible for managing statutory compliances and legal activities

·       Responsible of preparing weekly and monthly MIS , required by management

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:
Post Graduate / MBA Finance

Experience:
Minimum work experience from 8-10 years

Functional Skills:

·       Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel

·       Hands on experience with financial planning and analysis software
