The
Search Marketing Specialist
at Asia Pacific Institute of Management (AIM), New Delhi, will be responsible for driving high-quality student leads and brand visibility through paid and organic search channels. This role requires expertise in
Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools
, with a strong focus on ROI-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine technical skills with strategic thinking to maximize AIM's digital presence, optimize performance campaigns, and support admissions growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Search Campaigns (SEM)
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery).
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, A/B testing, and bid management.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve CTR, quality scores, and conversion rates.
2. SEO & Organic Growth
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve AIM's organic visibility.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for higher rankings.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend improvements for site performance.
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards.
- Generate regular performance reports highlighting KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Provide actionable insights to improve funnel efficiency and digital ROI.
4. Collaboration & Funnel Integration
- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure quality lead flow.
- Coordinate with content, design, and social media teams for integrated campaigns.
- Align campaigns with academic calendars, admission cycles, and program launches.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with the latest search engine trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Experiment with new ad formats, automation tools, and AI-driven optimization.
- Benchmark performance against competitors and suggest innovative approaches.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies
. - Hands-on experience with
Google Analytics, GTM, Search Console, and CRM tools
. - Ability to manage budgets, track ROI, and optimize for conversions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Target-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in search marketing (education sector experience preferred).
- Google Ads & Analytics certifications highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and ROI-focused campaigns.
