Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-oriented Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize PPC campaigns for a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google Ads, a proven track record in driving performance, and the ability to work efficiently within the Australian time zone (6 AM – 3 PM AEST).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Write compelling, high-converting ad copy tailored to target audiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations to improve ROI.
  • Track, report, and analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, dev, SEO) to align ads with landing pages.
  • Stay current with platform updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Shopping, or Video) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of campaign metrics, targeting, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently during 6 AM – 3 PM AEST.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in remarketing and audience segmentation.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads or other paid platforms.
  • Previous experience in a digital agency or managing multiple client accounts.
