Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a US IT Recruiter. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, IT recruitment, hiring, technical recruiting, and recruiting activities on a day-to-day basis.
Must-have qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing and recruiting
- Experience in US IT recruitment and hiring
- Full-life cycle recruiting and technical recruiting skills
- Prior experience working with Persistent Systems, HCL, and Genpact positions
- 3-6 years of experience in staffing and recruiting
- Strong understanding of various sourcing strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and time zones
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
