Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve fixed monthly revenue targets.
  • Manage the entire revenue cycle, including lead generation, sales tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Analyze revenue data to identify trends and provide insights.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams for smooth operations.
  • Maintain updated CRM records, including leads, sales, and pipeline.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and support growth strategies.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports for management.
  • Proactively address challenges and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, revenue operations, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and data tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to perform under pressure.

Performance Metrics

  • Achievement of fixed monthly revenue targets.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of revenue reporting.
  • Effectiveness of customer engagement and follow-ups.
