* Location: Pala, Kottayam

* Job Type: Full-time

* Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

* Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹24,000/month

* Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales / telecalling / customer-facing role

* Gender: Female candidates mostly preferred (as per employer preference)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer grievances and resolve issues promptly.
  • Follow up on pending payments and coordinate with customers until clearance.
  • Convert potential leads into sales through persuasive follow-ups.
  • Regularly check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Manage and work on lead-generation platforms that provide potential leads.
  • Maintain accurate records and attention to detail in all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and share learning.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and good record-keeping.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable using lead-generation platforms.
  • Ability to self-learn and understand products quickly.
