Back Office Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Back Office & Godown Assistant to manage daily dispatch, stock records, and inward-outward materials. The candidate should ensure smooth coordination between office, sales, and dispatch teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily dispatch and loading/unloading of plywood and door materials.
- Maintain stock records, entry of goods received and issued.
- Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch reports.
- Check materials before dispatch to ensure correct quantity and quality.
- Coordinate with transporters and customers for deliveries.
- Maintain godown cleanliness and material arrangement.
- Support office in basic data entry and documentation.
- Assist in physical stock verification and report discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in godown or dispatch operations (preferably in plywood, laminates, or building material).
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Tally entry preferred).
- Honest, disciplined, and hardworking.
- Ability to handle physical work and team coordination.
