About the Role:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Back Office & Godown Assistant to manage daily dispatch, stock records, and inward-outward materials. The candidate should ensure smooth coordination between office, sales, and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily dispatch and loading/unloading of plywood and door materials.
  • Maintain stock records, entry of goods received and issued.
  • Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch reports.
  • Check materials before dispatch to ensure correct quantity and quality.
  • Coordinate with transporters and customers for deliveries.
  • Maintain godown cleanliness and material arrangement.
  • Support office in basic data entry and documentation.
  • Assist in physical stock verification and report discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in godown or dispatch operations (preferably in plywood, laminates, or building material).
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Tally entry preferred).
  • Honest, disciplined, and hardworking.
  • Ability to handle physical work and team coordination.
