Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Developer Sales - Residential position, located in Gurugram. The Developer Sales - Residential will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, managing sales activities, and overseeing sales management. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential clients, building and nurturing client relationships, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Lead Generation and Sales skills
- Sales Management and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proven track record in residential real estate sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
