Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can generate new business opportunities and help drive the growth of the company. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-oriented, and have strong communication skills to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and convert them into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential customers to generate new business leads.
- Make cold calls, send emails, and follow up to establish connections and build relationships.
- Visit clients in person to present our services and secure new projects.
- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate them to the development team.
- Coordinate between clients and developers to ensure project clarity and smooth execution.
- Conduct regular project meetings with clients and developers to review progress and address concerns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of interactions with potential and existing clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the IT or software development industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to make professional presentations to customers.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and meetings.
- Good understanding of web and mobile technologies.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
