Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Gurgaon for a Technical Lead – MS Dynamics CRM / D365. The Technical Lead will oversee the architecture, design, and deployment of MS Dynamics CRM/D365 solutions to meet client requirements. They will be responsible for managing a team of developers, conducting code reviews, ensuring quality assurance, and providing technical leadership throughout project lifecycles. The role also involves collaborating with clients to gather requirements, offering insights for solution optimization, and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in MS Dynamics CRM/D365, including technical and functional configuration and customization
  • Experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and integrating MS Dynamics CRM with other systems
  • Proficiency in MS Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, project management experience, and the ability to lead technical teams effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in MS Dynamics CRM or D365 are highly desirable
  • Understanding of ERP and digital transformation strategies is a plus
