We're seeking a seasoned client servicing professional to lead operations and drive strategic growth for a Global B2B SaaS technology company.

About the Role

We are seeking a
Quality Controller (QC Specialist)
to ensure creative excellence across all marketing assets for our global B2B SaaS brand. This role will partner closely with the creative, marketing, and campaign execution teams to ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, quality benchmarks, and localization requirements before they go live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Review:
  Conduct thorough QC checks on creative assets — digital ads, social posts, landing pages, videos, and email campaigns — ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Brand Compliance:
  Maintain tone, messaging, and design consistency across global markets and campaigns.
• Process Excellence:
  Develop and refine QC checklists and SOPs for the creative workflow.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with designers, copywriters, campaign managers, and localization teams to provide feedback and corrections.
• Performance Tracking:
  Maintain QC metrics — error rates, review turnaround time, and rework frequency — to drive continuous improvement.
• Automation & Tools:
  Suggest and leverage tools for version control, proofing (e.g.,
  Ziflow, Filestage, Asana,
  ) and creative review management.
• Creative Testing Support:
  Partner with performance teams to ensure A/B tested creatives follow best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience:
  10 to 12 years in creative quality control, marketing operations, or brand QA (preferably in a
  B2B SaaS or digital marketing agency
  environment).
• Technical Skills:
  Strong understanding of marketing creative formats (HTML5 banners, videos, static ads, social posts, email templates, landing pages).
• Attention to Detail:
  Exceptional eye for copy, design, formatting, and layout accuracy.
• Tools Knowledge:
  Familiarity with
  proofing platforms
  ,
  project management tools
  , and
  creative asset management systems
  .
• Communication:
  Ability to provide constructive feedback across design and content teams.
• Preferred:
  Experience managing QC for global campaigns (US/EU/APAC markets).
