Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead business expansion across Odisha, with a primary focus on Bhubaneswar and surrounding regions. The role involves franchise development, market expansion, operational coordination, seminars, and college outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business expansion and market penetration across Odisha, especially Bhubaneswar and nearby regions.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners within Odisha.

Act as the primary point of contact for existing franchise centers in the region.

Monitor franchise performance, targets, and operational compliance.

Provide operational, academic, and administrative support to franchise partners.

Conduct regular center visits, audits, and performance reviews as per ICA standards.

Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and student acquisition strategies.

Plan and execute seminars, workshops, and institutional events.

Lead college connect and outreach programs to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and ensure timely reporting.

Travel Requirement

Extensive travel within Odisha is mandatory.

Must be comfortable with frequent local and regional travel.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).

2–5 years of experience in business development, franchise operations, or the education/training industry.

Proven experience in regional business expansion and market development.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Experience in seminars, student engagement, and college outreach is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.

Mandatory Requirement

Only local candidates from Odisha may apply.

Strong knowledge of the Odisha market, colleges, and institutional networks is essential.
